About Re-Envision Alignment Solutions

Re-Envision Alignment Solutions™ (REAS) was created as the executive and experiential coaching division of Healthcare Alignment Solutions, which was formed in 2007 and provides a variety of leadership coaching, mentoring, and advisory services. Founded by Carm Moceri, a seasoned healthcare executive, and Certified Executive Coach, REAS leverages his unique capacity to draw upon his experiences to aid clients in becoming more effective leaders.

Over the past few years, engagements have included working with a CEO and a team of ten site executives, two corporate VPs of strategy and business development, a pharmaceutical executive, a VP of people and talent, three chief nursing officers, and fourteen physician leaders. Using EQ-i, self-, and 360-degree assessment tools, results include adopting changes in the client’s thinking and behaviors, which align with those of highly effective leaders. Improvements have been recognized in leading highly effective teams; motivating and inspiring others; communication and listening skills; improving executive presence and influencing others; improving delegation and collaboration skills; managing work-life balance; leading cultural transformations; improving organization skills; defining roles; and “managing up;” and increasing confidence, leadership effectiveness, ownership and accountability.

Additionally, we have provided consulting and interim strategy leadership to redesign a system’s structure, clarify all leadership and management roles, establish a strategic planning process and five­ year plan, assist the board and CEO in selecting and hiring nine senior executives, and coach the newly appointed CEO, leading to a $100 million turnaround. Working with health systems and non-profit organizations, we have facilitated and led organization-wide cultural transformations to align mission, vision, and values with strategic objectives; while creating engaged workforces and a commitment to ongoing leadership development.

As a senior leader, Carm has served in various academic and community-based leadership and board member roles, including VP of Operations, three hospital president roles, board chair, and chief strategy officer. While serving as a senior leader, he spearheaded a board-community repositioning process, transitioning a government-held non-profit system into a leased organization of a leading health system; co-led the regional cultural transformation of five hospitals; and led a tertiary medical facility designated by St. Louis Magazine as a “Great Place to Work,” a distinction achieved through motivating, inspiring and empowering employees to take ownership of their environment and the customer experience, and increasing executive leadership visibility.
